Fastes way to get XP`?

hey guys, can somebody tell me some good tips to get fast XP? I am new in Ark and have currently level 10.

how can i kill stronger monsters quicker?

get scrop kibble and get a hi lvl trex then walk the entire island killling looking for raptor... i play HC and die alot but alway have access to trex, on avg in 20 mins i can be lvl 35 if i find an alpha or two

Advicing new players to kill alphas which are rare is literally the worst advice possible :P
You'll waste more time searching than leveling.

is there another way to kill alphas except of taming a trex? i mean with a bow or something

making narcotics will grant the most exp per action. gathering material for narcotics however, is very slow at level 10. unless you have access to a berry harvesting dino and/or berry farm plot(s)

Craft boxes - most xp at that level.

You craft thatch pieces for a house. build said house. Craft wood pieces for house/dino pen. You'll get good exp when you pick berries, and resources as well, and taming a trike and then killing other dinos will get you good exp.
Making narcotics is great lower lvl exp.
Basically, everything you do gets you exp, but building walls, foundations, etc, and narcotics is the best you can do. And killing higher lvl mobs, which a tamed trike can do, when you put points into health and melee attack.

I can just see a lvl 10 scrub reaching into the cupboard to grab his scorp kibble and walking off into the sunset to go tame a high level rex.

OP, I get into wood foundations as soon as I can. Run narcs from the the berries you get while collecting fibre.

Only if you get an extremely good spot to shoot from. Generally, I would only go for Alphas as leveling strategy, if you already have a good foundation to build on. That means either a good tribe that can help you get a good mount (Rex, Spino, a good bird) fast or a well established base/eggfarm to get a new one fast (in which case you might not need to level that much anymore).
Are you playing singleplayer, PvP or PvE? This information might help us get the right way to go for you.

I personally would go with just playing and not being fixated on the level on its own.
You get XP for everything you do. Stuff like Narcotics and Sparkpowder are needed in high quantities and relatively easy crafted once you have a good way to gather stonme, flint meat and narciberies. You'll also need loads of (Tranq)Arrows for taming,
You won't be able to build the high level stuff anyway, if you just rush your levels, as you'll be missing the rarer resources.

One (of many) methods: (stick with me on this one, its gonna seem long, but you wont waste time looking for alphas that are going to hand you your rear end) Gather mejoberries and narcoberries. Tame a Trike. Have it follow you and start gathering stone, wood, and narcoberry seeds. Aggro animals one at a time and be mindful at first if they will attack as a group if they are close to one another. Let the trike use its knock back on your target to kill it. Harvest meat and hides (focus on meat). Build a house/hut (unless you already have one) build 8-10 small crop plots. Don't throw the meat away! Put extras in the boxes you are making per slewfoot's suggestion above and let them rot. Get the engram for mortar and pestle and narcotics. Plant seeds, water plots, put your poop and your trikes poop in the plots. At level 15 build compost bins to assist with the poop bounty and at level 20 make a saddle and start killin dinos while riding in style.

Each narcotic is 2XP. Each crop plot will produce ~300 narcoberries add that and 60 rotten meat and you have 120XP. Tame other dinos. Build a fence for protection. Gather poop. Make fertilizer. Collect eggs. As long as you harvest meat from your trikes kills (or some other dino if you upgrade) you are looking at 960-1200XP every three hours or so. And while that stuff is rotting/composting/growing? You go get yourself bigger and better dinos.

Its a bit of work, not gonna lie, but the only other way I can think of for some quick XP is to join a tribe and follow (closely) them around and get the XP bonuses from their work.
