Greenhouse tiles count as thatch and are a waste of time because of it.

The greenhouse is a REALLY STUPID waste of time.

It counts as thatch and has 100 hp. I literally did 18 damage to my new door by accidently punching it with a bare fist.

Which means you have to build a wall to protect it.... so why bother.

It costs 30 engrams for the wall, 30 for the ceiling, 15 for doorframe, 15 for door.. thats 90 engram on something that can be broken by a lvl 1.

Costs metal, crystal, and cementing paste....

I was going to agree with you, but then I used the "games logic" too. You specifically make it out of crystal which is hard, those are "crystal" panels. You need a metal pick to get the raw crystal, but once you add cementing paste and a metal frame you can break it by fists?

I dont want it to be counted as metal structure... but maybe wood, or stone. Like what is the point of having a door when you can punch it open faster than a thatch one?

Are the devs trying to make the most grindy game in history? Between the new glass building set apparently being comparable to thatch with very little hitpoints but costing as much as the metal building set with crystal and the Electric Prod being a single use item that needs to be recharged, I am genuinely confused.

unless you also upped what the large crop plots hold those of us with farms will never see the benefit.. i don't know anyone that uses 300 of one veggie a day.. I am dissapointed it breaks with fists so fast.. makes it worthless on a pvp server people will screw with it on purpose knowing i could have built a metal base around my plants and gotten more bang for my buck becuse i'm not out farming for all these increased grow rate panels again.

Yeah, turns out Crystal, Iron ingots, And cement paste is waaaaaay more weaker than just plain iron ingots and cement paste, ok fair enough.

i dont expect them to withstand a explosive device. But come on the expensiveness vs its health pool is something that just kills it for me, "but they can grow your crops faster!" WHO CARES?!

i can just slap my crops on my roof and be done with it, instead of wasting a crapton of ingots crystals and paste to make something that breaks if you lay against it

THANKS for saying this. I have no idea what people expect, like WW3 breaks out they run to their greenhouse for shelter LOL.

I have yet to test the plant growing though, does it give more berry capacity, use less fertilzer? When you say increase rate of growth is that initial plant growrth or when they produce replacement berries?
