Ghillie Suit
I seem to remember getting a buff icon from wearing a full Ghillie Suit, but maybe I remember wrong.

However, I am also being stung by Bees when gathering honey from owned Bee Hives.

Does anyone seem to have issues with the Ghillie bonus or know what might be going on?

I don't ever recall the suit having a buff icon, no. Could be remembering wrong though.

As for the bees:

https://ark.wiki.gg/wiki/Bee_Hive

"Accessing the Bee Hive without any gear will apply the BEES! effect for 10 seconds, which does initial damage of 10% of Health, followed by 15 damage every 2 seconds as weel as reducing Movement Speed by 1/3. Some of the effects can be avoided with full sets of Ghillie Armor, Tek Armor or Hazard Suit Armor: you only get the initial damage with the Ghillie Armor and Tek Armor, while the Hazard Suit Armor is damaged instead."

I should say that I don't have ascended but unless it is different for that game you need bug spray, as well as, ghillie.

ASA has its own forums, this question is for ASE.

Thank you both, I had forgotten the details and it seems to indeed be working the way the wiki describes.

I haven't gotten to test bug spray removes the initial bite but I did have plenty of that last I played so can easily have used it without much thought.

The aberration hazmat suit shows you a buff for having its full thing. And you could wear that when gathering honey if I remember right, to avoid the stings.

Haven't tried out wearing it while using a regular beehive in a long time. Since they fixed abberations beehives.
