Where is the news on Ark Remastered?

Why is this company silent on the news? Isn't the game supposed to release this month?

One of the most recent Community Crunches in the news section had an FAQ about it.

I would take that bet, love me a good ol steak & kidney pie. Wildcard, due to their contractal obligations to their server provider Nitrado, has to have ASA released by the end of the month. That said "released" could be an empty map with just dodos on it, they putting the game out in Early Access mode for a reason.

Yeah, if Ascended isn't released by the end of this month, the contract with Nitrado seems to state that ASA's exclusivity will instead pass to Evolved, and any server hosting company other than Nitrado that is offering ASE servers will be sent a cease and desist letter telling them to shut down. Many, many unofficial servers would be taken offline, and the fallout from that would be even more nuclear than officials being sunset. So they have no choice, they have to release something by the deadline.
