Deepest part of the ocean. :) They usually spawn in little groups.

Hi!, my group and I are still not finding ANY, we've gone everywhere and no sign. Any other tips?

They seem to be a relatively rare spawn. I've only seen 2 pair since the patch to release them. And yes, they were on the deepest floor of the ocean.

Ok, I guess we'll keep looking :-/ We've spent a lot of hours looking and haven't seen the dunkleosteus either

Still haven't found one after taming a couple of dunks and circumnavigating the island about 4 times at the deepest level.

They are quite rare and sometime can be mistaken as a stick and some even hide inside the coral which make them tricky to spot .

Default map and I found them at the bottom near 42 - 92

Since they ahve been released I spent a lot of hours in the ocean, making rounds aroudn the island to get the crate loots , I managed to tame a mossa, 2 plesis, 2 dunkleos and a shark and in all tha ttime i've only found 3 eurypterids in 2 separate days so obviously not in groups.

I play Single player too so it's not as if someone else could have gotten there before me and killed them all, I've also been killing lot of stuff in the ocean and even used the destroywilddinos command to try and make some spawn : no dice :(

We've finally found a Dunkle! Had to kill off all the pleisos and mosias first, then they spwaned, kinda like the kangaroos. No Eurypterids yet though.

I find the scorps tend to be in groups of 4. I also find that things underwater draw really late, so slower speed is better or you'll miss them.

deepest as in the border of the map with the oil, or deepest as in rocks and coral and silica pearls? got a dunkle and have been murdering trilobites in droves on the ocean floor but not a single scorpion-fish. only way i can get black pearls is fishing.

They are quite small, around the size of trilobites.
Also your map can quickly run out of them, if ppl have been farming them, and no one is killing trillobites as they seem to share spawn points.
We had like 3 in 1 of the under water caves at 1 point, now that is something u dont wanna run into while picking up pearls, those frackers are DEADLY, like 1 hit and u are knocked out, and ready to die.
