Well, I'm was wrong. Not to nitpick or question the devs, but if it's based on the Utahraptor, shouldn't it be bigger? I mean, I know based on is an awful subjective term, and allows you to take a lot of liberties, but that particular breed was taller than your average human.
Check it out, for your own enjoyment if nothing else.

Sorry, I'm a huge dino nerd. Why I love this game so much.
The tail maybe isn't quite as long, but I'd say the rest of it is pretty spot on. Press K and compare yourself to a raptor next time you play.
In terms of dinos in ARK, we take a bit of a creative approach to the dinos and they are adapted from actual species which is why you will see some that aren't "accurate". Dinos in Ark are also tweaked to better fit their special abilities such as harvesting the different resources which will make them different from actual dino species.
