Dedicated server config file

Hello folks !
I started a dedicated server on my older computer to play in local with my friends, i'm looking for a way to change the servers settings, what config files are used in a dedicated server ? I noticed there are like a thousand different config files for non dedicated server, solo and whatnot ...
Do changing the scrollbars in the menus affect the dedicated server ?
If i edit those options and reboot the server, will the changes be applied ?
Any help appreciated =)

Server = ARK Survival Evolved Dedicated Server\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer

main config files are game.ini and GameUserSettings.ini
