Auto mod update

hey i was wondering if somone can help me i want to have my mods auto update on restart seen a post about it wondering if anyone got it to work and if so can you help me out with it Thanks been running server for a year now would be really helpfull to have other admins to be abl to just restart server for it to update

Are you using ASM or is this on hosted server?

i use ark launcher it works good to update mod but there is a thing you add to comandline or ini to auto update on restart of server

I was using Ark launcher lonnng time ago but had a lot issue trying get to work the way I wanted.. I switch to ASM and never looked back. The team that does ASM is very professional and they just added recently a lot features to asm/updating and mods support.

I don't know much about Ark launcher. but if you ever want to switch to better tool (imo and many other admins use it too) Give ASM a try.. check out the link and see screen shots. No messing with ini files or command lines if you want.. but its custom-able still too..

Asm does have options to auto re-start and download mods.. I've never really needed to configure it, cuz I'm around most times or able log on with my ipad and just configure via remote pc to restart and check for updates,
But I know ASM can do auto restart, Download updates for server and mods.. Its simple check mark i believe and time of day.

Asm now even gives options to download Mods,add mods right from within ASM..
but only works on Windows as far I know.. So if your running Linux then prob wont work..

I may switch Linux one day.

Sorry if that doesn't help, but I highly recommend ASM to any new or even old Ark Admins..
You should be able easily import your current setup.
