so i'll ask again, what do you want?
Option 1: completely disable leeches?
Option 2: replace disesed leeches with healthy ones so the swamp feaver can't even exist on your server?
Option 3: Just disable the swamp fever itself?

We just disabled all diseases on our private server. I'm fine with the leeches, but don't want to have to deal with annoying sicknesses. We got those in real life, don't need them in my games too! :)

so either use this commandline (with the ? at the beginning) in your startup script or use it without the ? in your gameusersettings.ini under [ServerSettings]
