SP - Dinos spawning at low lvls when world is at 5 difficulty?

So I've started over on ARK in a singleplayer island world, and I put the difficulty at 5 (I was told that is max lvl 150).
The thing is, all I see around is lvl 4 up to (very rarely) lvl 80ish.
Can I adjust this so that more 150ish lvls spawn?

Also, does the day affect the lvls? Its only day 3 in my world (the days are slower)

you must do a wild dino wipe, the new higher levels will start to spawn after your wipe :D

Dinos alway will spawn at a variety of levels, with the low levels outnumbering the high levels. Your game is working as intended. Nothing you can do to increase the higher levels.

Days don't matter either.

The Island tends to spawn lower levels. Other maps, like Ragnarok and The Center have more higher level dinos. There are a couple mods you can install to raise the higher level population.

if you see dinos lvl 4 than your dinos max lvl is 120. Make sure you have this in Gameusersettings under Server settings

Max diff doesn't stop low levels spawning tbh.. just increases the cap of what can spawn.
I've seen Raptor packs on the island with levels 8.. 12.. 44 and then the Alpha is over 110.

You can always use the Destroywilddinos command though if you want to reset all the wild creatures.

Okay so I made it to the following

DifficultyOffset=1.000000
OverrideOfficialDifficulty=5.0

(Had to paste that second line in cause it wasnt in the ini for gameusersettings)

Then just had to wipe the dinos, and it worked!

You still have to do a Dino wipe do the new changes can take affect. When the new ones spawn they should be in increments of 5.

Yup i did that and it worked. Time to play some ARK :)
