Good furniture/misc mods?

Looking to make a house a home....basically want to decorate my home and such, what a re good mods to add misc furniture and stuff?

Here's a good one for landscaping...not all that much furnature in it, but it can make your base look very pretty and cool from the outside.

The Pub Mod has a few good things in ot, though the mod as a whole is geared toward making taverns and the like.
