Thats what I'm thinking
is there a command to erase them or something

You have to also look up the creature ID. Modded creatures have different IDs.
If you are getting broodmothers spawning then either:
1) You are using a mod which is spawning them. Most mods which add them do have them spawning in the swamp. If this is the case then as Shiro says they will probably not be vanilla broods, so you'll have to find their creature ID from the mod page they come from.
2) The config settings of your server/solo game are set up to spawn them as normal creatures, despite the fact that they are bosses. If that's the case then you'll have to shut down your server/game, remove that config setting, then start up again and do a dino wipe to remove the ones which are in the world already.
