vertical sync ?
No option to Cap fps? Wouldn't uncapped FPS be a massive waste of Processing power gpu/cpu wise and cause FPS stuttering in certain situations ? is it there or am i just blind?

yes, it would be a waste of GPU power if someone get above 60FPS with a 60Hz monitor. no big problem in ARK since you need at least a 1070/Vega56 to hit this with epic settings.

also you can activate VSync in your driver settings.

no, missing VSync does not causes stuttering. missing VSync causes screentearing if the FPS does not match the monitor frequency (or the half/third of it).

PS
VSync takes some performance and is usually not used (thats why freesync and g-sync is there....)

i bought an amd free sync monitor at best buy have yet to see a game screen tearing whatsoever.

id like to have it enabled to prevent my fps from going to say 80 then to 40 crazy how this game doesnt it in graphic options, No other pc game comes to mind that has no V sync as an option.,

Thanks but the devs didn't just code this as an option in the graphic settings ? Mindboggling any reason for then to pass that up seems kinda important.

EVGA precision has a Frame limit option in it i think il redownload it and do that this looks like too much work don't feel like messing with my INI.
