The '1' at the end there is how many of the item you will get.
The first '0' is the quality. There is a lot of RNG in this, but generally speaking, 0 is primitive, up to about 6 or 7 for mastercraft/ascendant. The higher the number, the better the item's stats will be, up to about 50 where it no longer makes a difference.
And that final '0' is the one you need - change that to a '1' instead, and it will give you a blueprint of the item rather than the item itself.
