Report a translation problem
Within a spawn container each time a roll for a new dino is made it is affected by the "entryweight". If that is below the max desired then the spawn will continue.
It sounds like what you want to do is change the max desired.
Also I am pretty sure that if you're overwriting spawn region settings you need to do so for EVERY dino that you want in that spawn container and not just one.
IMO it's a bit of effort for something so minor in your OP.
