Cross-Platform Xbox Play Anywhere?

how do i enable cross platform on my dedicated server or atleast find a session that has cross play enabled. I can't seem to find a solution on how to play with xbox friends yet because the cross platform update is so new their is hardly any new news about it. Can someone please help me?

been pushed back like always... now its suppose to be a bug in the retail version of windows 10 , that why the game is no more on the store , should be for the 19december... hoooope again ...

Do you have Ark on the Windows 10 store or on Steam? Steam will not be able to crossplay with Xbox.

thanks jerry but the thing is that in the store it only shows that ark is available on xbox is this the bug because it also states that it is xbox anywhere?

I have it for steam only but that makes no sense for xbox to be able to play with steam but steam not play with xbox that makes no logical sence

yeah ive been able to download it at the minute its got out on the store , but a day later its been push out of the store because of a multiplayer bug issue in the windows 10 version , in fact crossplay IS working , just microsoft that got a problem with the whole multiplayer of the windows 10 version not just the crossplay , and last news ive heard on twitter is that it already been solved , jjust that microsoft probably dont certifiate on weekend so they said for the 19th!

you need the windows 10 store version for crossplay , steam version wont ever crossplay with xbox mate

okay but you would figure that if i bought it on steam i would have some option to download it on window 10 store right?

its not on the windows store for now because of what ive said , its should be back on the windows store on the 19th
