I don't mind the feathers honestly. It's the main reason on The Island and Ragnarok that I try to capture myself a Yuti over a Rex, and will forever prefer it over a Rex until that changes. Feathers provide style, better than those exaggerated over size scales they put on the Rex Model in this game.
I have a soft spot for Feathers. Mostly because I'm a huge Raptor fan, and ya you can guess, I hate that the raptors in ARK do not have feathers as well, but at least they added two smaller raptors into the game since that do, so at least they're trying.
- the raptors got feathers like the archeo or microraptor do
- all carnivore dinosaurs have their hands rotated to be correctly sideways (palms facing each other) instead of the inaccurate folded down way =P (don't know why, but this bothers me so much)
- Trike and stego are given improved faces so that their mouths aren't gaping open all the time
