This items discription says its damages enemies (nameless / reaper) when it doesnt at all, all it does is weaken making them open for other attacks

I think this item needs a tooltip change for clerification.

in my single player tests i got it to do an electric shock kind of attack that i think would have been effective against nameless/reapers, but after that initial one i couldn't get it to do it again, it's basically just a glorified flashlight.
