Curing the Titans
I just realized that if you look into the lore the taming method given for the titans doesn't make much sense since they're made of element not corrupted by it like the dinos in the wasteland.

Not all element is of the bad type though. All the Extinction creatures are element cyborgs - the owl's robot face, the snow wolf having jet boosters in it's feet, the velonasaur with it's metal spines, etc - but not all of them are bad.

The element spawned the titans, and controls them, but in their makeup they have some innert, benine element too, which the ♥♥♥♥ deus used to make tek. So that benine element, coupled with the Ark's programming which the corrupt element used to fabricate the titans, gives them a base from which the corruption can be removed. And once that's gone, they become much like any other creature spawned by the Ark program, albeit with some tek elements in their bodies too.

The 'snow wolf' isn't a cyborg at all. Its natural bone structure has those hollows in its feet, which it then fills with combustible gas produced by its body to launch itself into the air. Pretty sure velonosaurs just shoot regular quills similar to thorny dragon, I don't think it is metal. I'm not sure whether or not owl has cyborg face or not.

Look at the underside of the megabanana. It has blue element veins running through it's chest and up it's neck. The gasbags and gacha have the same. And the velon's quills have that same silver and blue coloration to them.

That silver and blue is the same as tek technology (before it's painted), and the same as enforcers, defence droids, and scouts (base colors, although enforcers and scouts can have some other colors on some of their regions too). They're tek creatures, and the organic dinos in Extinction share those qualities - they're part tek too. Just listen to the sounds some of them make, especially the owl. They're part robotic.

Hmm, I'll have to look into that. I figured that they were simple genetic expiriments like the rest of the animals, but I could totally be wrong.

Maybe they were made cyborgs so they could survive better on Earth.

I'm not sure, are there any Corrupted variants of the new Extinction creatures besides the titans, because if not, they are probably made cyborgs so they can resist the Corruption or something.

No corrupted versions of those creatures, no.

Then they probably have cyborg parts to resist the corruption as they are some of the only creatures on Extinction that seem to manage to avoid Corruption.
