And you might want to post the whole game.ini to check
use that one.... problem solved
Would be awesome if deinonychus was actually in the tools. And yes, I tried replacing a different dino and swapping it out.
About 40 mods but none of them alter dinos. Just structure and decoration mods mostly.
oh, sorry about that.... guess it hasn't been updated recently :-/
Sorry, here it is https://pastebin.com/BsiytAcP
first quick answer, the first thing i noticed while browsing through there are empty lines in it.
Don't do that, empty lines are always problematic cause ark might just skip anything below.
edit: except the empty lines i didn't saw anything wrong above the Terrorbird swap. So fingers crossed after removing the empty lines everything should work.
one question out of curiosity "BionicRex_Character_BP_Malfunctioned_Adolescent_C" where does that come from ? i can't find any reference to that.
Those lines are not in the version I publish, those are only in the version I work with for the purpose of keeping things organized. As for the bionic rex, I just searched for bionic in the game files and directly copied it from the file name
The only reason could be that they are somehow have a different Creature ID.
one possibility would be to use this mod

when equipped you can show the Creature ID with CTRL-D
For a long time I had the terror birds swapped out for Raptors and that worked great. Then I decided instead to swap them out for deinonychus and now just nothing spawns. Ill try using that. Although the admin spawn code I got the creature ID from certainly worked for manually spawning.
did you try to spawn in one Deino manually with the ID from the replace ?
When I said earlier that it worked, it worked as in the spawning a single raptor worked, using that same working spawn ID does not work for replacing the terror birds.
Thank you very much for trying to help. Im going to have to look into other ways of spawning them in

one of the best options, since it also contains the nests.
