I think you're thinking of his starter base there bro, the community place they had before moving out to their own areas? The OP might mean his main base where he moved to after leaving the community hub.

I think his main base was around 73,68 on one of the plateaus overlooking the river.

I dont know... I havent watched syntac so I just went to season 3 and found a random episode and where it was... maybe if OP link to a video where its in
