No blood option is pretty standard thing though, ARK seems to be missing lots of those "standard" things.
Yeah ark is missing some polish for sure... but as for blood being necessary in ark... the animations are pretty lame... so whatever.
I disagree..... no immersion there. Or do you find it immersive to hit a Bronto (any dino would fit but the bigger the crazier it looks) in the leg or tail and see him bloodied... EVERYWHERE?

Extract the file, then copy the ShooterGame folder that you extracted and paste it into the ARK folder in your Steam directory. Any time it asks you for permission to 'merge folder' or 'overwrite file', click yes. Then once it's pasted in, boot up the game and the splatter should be greatly reduced, if not removed completely.
They're red pixels on a screen, (255,0,0) to be exact.
