Cant download Genesis

I've downloaded genesis 4 times now and after the download is compete it just downloads again??

I'm pretty sure it's download because my space was at 170gb before the download but idk whats happening

Is your steam download folder empty? not really sure where its located.. I know steam has a way of downloading the update, unpacking the update, then applying the update to the game and then deleting what it downloaded and unpacked so it requires more space to download and install than the game actually takes up.

Thats weird. I'm not really sure what's happening. It could be an ARK issue or an issue with steam. I know when I previously installed ARK after getting an SSD steam downloaded it 3 times before actually installing it

i got the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem after the download is complete and it try to install at 80% it stops...

I have given up, 5 times downloaded and it has failed each time am now deleting the game and will play something else

same. cant download the 8gigs its wanting me to. let it sit for a while at 100%, then restarted steam and its downloading everything all over again....

its a glitch on steam been around for months valve still has not acknowlaged it yet, its infuriating only fix i have found is to just let it keep downloading after around the 6-7 time it will actualy complete
