Leedsichthys?

Hello, I recently came back to this game after more than a years break. When I played this game me and my tribe had a really big base in the corner of the map built of over 20 rafts or so. I can't remember that we had any threat of sea creatures back then. But now when I came back to the game ive read threads about leedsichthys' destroying rafts in just a few hits, and theres no way to defend from them early game. Right now im playing single player and i have my base on a raft, so far ive only sailed quite close to the beach and i havent been attacked yet. I read on some ark wiki that leedsichthys is defensive and will only attack you if you attack them. So my question is , are leedsichthys' still a threat to rafts?

Yes, they will attack rafts without provocation. It's only players/dinos that they react defensivley to.

If you are doing a nautical themed playthrough (really fun on the center map), you can turn off leeds or use the moby-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod.
