Use a whip on the nest...that is how we get the eggs until they fix it.
They're technically Wyverns, and -NOT- dragons.

Wyverns, Rock Drakes, and Managarms are all in the class Draconis

Seeing as they are mythical critters... how can they possibly have a genuine designated genus.

They have a genus in the lore, so they technically are all dragons in the game.

The eggs we collect (The topic of this thread) that we can hatch are Wyverns. They are -NOT- dragons. I provided you a link that explains this since you do not seem to understand the difference in Wyverns and Dragons.

The game has many distinctions from real life mythology/history. It's proven dilos never spit in real life, but they do in the game. The creatures on the station are modified to be more fitting, so while in real life Wyverns may not be dragons, in the game they are

Sure... but in the game lore... wyverns are wyverns and dragons are dragons... ♥♥♥♥-sapiens and Homininae, for example, are not Pan... our closest common ancestor (arguably)

Draconis vipera is the name for Wyverns, draconis is quite literally Latin for dragon, while vipera is viper, so Wyverns are "Dragon Vipers" or "Viper Dragons"
Draconis Dominus is the name for the Dragon Boss(Extinction Note)
Once again, Draconis is Dragon, Dominus is latin for master so the boss dragon is "Dragon Master" or "Master Dragon"

You have to whip the nest. The eggs are invisible

... but they are not Dragons.... you are overcomplicating. The species draconis viper is not a subspecies of dragon... it is a clearly defined species of the genus draconis... as per my human/pan analogy... Pan was not human... human is not pan.... being named after a common ancestor is not the same things as being a subspecies is it?

By your definition... humans and apes are both Pan, instead of going back one step further to our "family", Hominoidea.

I don't know why people even argue about it. IRL wyvern and dragon have always been interchangable. It's only when you start to take DnD lore too seriously that there's a clearly defined difference.
