Any Mods to Prevent Flashlight Attachment Turning Off?
So this has been getting on my nerves recently - I go into a cave to tame something or look for drops, using my weapon's flashlight to light the way. But when I switch to my spyglass to check a creature's level or my climbing picks to scale a wall, on pulling out my weapon again my flashlight needs to be turned on once more. It's only a small thing, but after 20 or so times in quick succession it soon gets old, so I would have thought a quality-of-life issue like this would have been fixed by modders very early on in Ark's development.

However I have been browsing the Workshop for a few years now, and in all that time I don't recall ever seeing one. Neither do the obvious searches like 'Flashlight' and 'Attachment' yield any results. I would be extremely surprised if this element has passed the modding community by for all this time, so I can only assume that such a feature may be included as part of a larger mod which focusses on other things, so the flashlight tweak is not advertised as strongly.

Therefore, does anyone know of a mod that features this which I may have missed? Any assistance in finding one would be much appreciated, thank you^^

I agree, this annoys me too - along with over 300 other things that I have written down.
But Studio Wildcard doesn't care what players suggest or report.
A simple state bit that either is turned on or off is saved along the inventory data of that attachment.
Besides: Why does this game still not support multiple "attachments" such as a skin along with a torch on a saddle, or colors at the same time.
Or why does it not support scope with tranq darts. It's not making any sense at all.
Same to dual wielding say a torch and a pick axe, both items only require one hand.
Conan Exiles can do it, so ARK on the same game engine basically can do it too.
It only requires a proper game developer to implement.

Awesome Spyglass gives you hands free spyglass at least.

Oi that sounds like a cool MOD, I usually use the Ultimate Spyglass MOD.

This even tells you the taming requirements of whatever you are looking at

I do remember using one spyglass MOD that was awfully broken, it made your keys stuck and locked the menu when one wrong button was pressed while using it.
I think it was the one from utils+, not 100% sure.
