Artifacts Glitched on Ragnarok Map!

I am finding that many of the Artifacts on Ragnarok map are glitched and you can't access them. Here is a screen shot of the artifact of the strong where it is glitched into the wall. I broke the stong to access the area where it is located, you can see it but it won't allow you to access the inventory to claim the artifact. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1479686626 Also found that the artifact of the Devourer which is out in the open under the water located next to some wreckage never spawns. I've been hunting squids recently so I've got the underwater one a few times, not had this issue. Have you tried verifying the files of your client, and perhaps the server?

Yes, done all that and also removed the MOD and reinstalled it on the server. It is the MOD because others on the server visited the sites where these artifacts are and they don't see them either so I know it's not a local issue. No fix as of now and the MOD has no workshop page from what i see so i couldn't report the issue to the developer of the MOD, no way to communicate from what i see so in all actuallity it will probably never be relayed to the developer and never fixed unless some one can get them the message. i have just been spawning them in for now.

Hold on, you're still using the Workshop mod version of Ragnarok not the official DLC release version? I kinda thought that had been taken down when the Rag devs were hired by WC, and even if it hasn't, that version will no longer be updated and have all kinds of glaring faults in it.

No I am not, you clearly did not read what I wrote if your asking me that question No where did i state I was using an old version or even remotly say anything about a version. So to translate that for your brain which clearly didn't make an electrical connection, upon finding that two of the artifacts were not on the map in the location where they should be and having others on the server experience the same thing after visiting those locations also I reserched it through searching the internet and the steam discussion area and ALSO looked in the Workshop area to see if there was a workshop page where people could leave a message about the issue or read information about this issue, none was found, there is no workshop page for the Ragnarok map. never said anything about downlaoding it from workshop or a version, not sure where you found that information.

The MOD is a direct download from the DLC page on steam. I never mentioned anything about where i got the MOD, try not to fabricate people's statements into something they didn't say. I find it amazing here in the discussion area of steam how many times people make replies to other peoples postings and claimed they said this or said that when you can clearly see they said nothing of the sort, It's clear some people don't read the complete postings and then just reply. I will just forget you even replied to my posting and leave it at that.

Dude... YOU keep saying MOD.... its NOT a mod... its official DLC... and part of the steamcmd for servers.

You said you reinstalled Ragnarok on your server... what do you mean by that... its not a seperate install because its part of the steamcmd files.

Well I'm sorry that I upset you bro. It was not my intent to do so, I guess I must simply have mis-read your previous post. I'm imperfect, it happens. No intentional misquoting or anything like that.

I can understand having server issues can be irritating, and I certainly don't want to add to those frustrations, so I'll bow out of the thread now, no hard feelings. Apologies again for any missunderstanding on my part, and I hope that you find your answer.

Yes Vesuvius correct I did reistall it on the server and my computer. On the server while in the consol you go to an area where all your mods are which are displayed, this is where all MODS and DLC's are located. There you can remove, add or update any MODs or DLC. From there you add the MODS # or DLC name to the Game.ini file for it to load when the server starts. that is the area where i removed the ragnarok DLC and then reinstalled it and then restarted the server, it made no change, artifacts still missing. I understand ragnarok is a DLC, I only mentioned I reviewed the Workshop to see if there was an actual page for Ragnarok where I could see if others were experiencing this problem or the artifacts had been moved and or leave a message so the developers could see that there is a issue and maybe some one would fix it.

Once I saw there was no workshop page anymore I left this message in the discussion area, but as usuall the developers don't usually address the issue and I found that through searching the discussion area there are others who have experienced the same issue and I actually found a video where some one was stating the same thing I was with the artifacts missing. Sorry not trying to be a wise guy but it gets old when people come in and don't fully read the posting and start stating things myself or anyone for that matter clearly never said and disrupt the posting and waste people's time where they have to start replying to comments that hold no merritt or truth and or defending them selfs. What i wrote was clear that I had checked the workshop JUST to see if there was any type of page there by chance for the map, never stated I downloaded it from the workshop, never mentioned anything about using an old version, how that was all fabricated is beyond me.

Also I never asked anyone to try and trouble shoot this issue or how to fix it was simply stating the facts, provided screen shots for one to let the developers know that there is a problem with a few of the artifacts not spawning and obviously I am not the only person experiencing this.There is nothing wrong with the server, multiple people experienced the same thing on the server so no one can convince me that it is a locale issue with my machine or others on the server, It's obviously the map. The only thing I asked in my posting was if anyone knew if the artifacts had been moved.

The Ragnarok map is located in your MODs folder on your computer, if you wish to reinstall it all you have to do is go to the mods folder drag the folder to the trash along with the file it creates and upon restarting steam it will redownload it with a fresh version and the same applies for a server where the game is being hosted.

Actuallity anything besides "The Island Map" is considered a MOD which is a modification beyond the original game and is not incorperated into the base game. Regardless if it is located in the Workshop or added to the DLC area it is actually a MOD. The Center Map for example is a Mod that was moved to the DLC area long after residing in the workshop for quite some time, that map along with many many others are created by MODers and posted to the workshop. Some people even won a contest for creating the best map as a MODer, I remember because i was working on creating a map during that time. So my point is for me to look in the workshop of a discussion page or refer to the Ragnarok map as a MOD should not be confusing to anyone if you understand the basic structuring of the game.

Sorry Vesuvius if you feel i am being a Tool, I am not, and you are always a great help to many here on Steam and I always appreciate your input. It gets old when people show up and state things you didn't say or are just looking to stir the pot and if that guy knew what he was talking about he would understand that even if I had old Workshop content (which i didn't) it's located in the MODS folder and upon clicking the Ragnarok DLC it would have updated either way.

Sorry to disapoint you, but the steam forum is not the place to let the Developers know something is wrong with there game. If you want the problem to be adressed i would strongly suggest making a proper bug report on there official site.

you should verify all your server files.... simply delete the steamapps folder (on your server)... then run Steam Update.... this will force it to verify the steamcmd files.
