Also there are two in the ocean just outside Viking Bay - if you leave the bay, head left and dive down as deep as you can you'll find a deep ravine with some bones in, and the cave entrances are further along that ravine. One is on the left at the end of a rock bridge reaching across the ravine, the other is on the right almost directly opposite the first, but lower down in the wall.
There's a couple in Viking Bay itself, but they're very well known and will be found easily. There's also one in the NE in the Highlands, but that's well known too, and pretty easy to see.
There's a small cave on the islands to the south at around 84,36 which has access to the sea, and is pretty hidden, but the cave isn't underwater itself.
Beyond that I don't think there are any specific underwater caves which wouldn't be well known I'm afraid - a couple of clefts in the rock and deep ravines which might hide a small base, but nothing big.
Approx. 11, 24. The entrance is hidden by a kelp forest. Atop the rock bridge above it is another cave, but on the opposite wall of the trench...that one isn't as hidden.
