Ragnarok turning on or off building block / restriction

On Ragnarok there is a underground hidden Castle (the patreon temple)

I would like to know if there is a (GameUserSettings.ini) (Game.ini) that I can turn off the building block or building restriction Zone. There are some points on the Ragnarok's map that you can not build on. as a server renter. I do not like the idea of being restricted on where anyone can build. is there an option or a mod that can lift this block?

Its turned on but people still can't build on some locations

Those locations must be part of the map design

Other than cave building and building on loot drops. Not sure there are any other settings.

A few others have asked this and some locations are hard code in the map to be no build zones and currently no way around this without using the dev kit and manually changing the map yourself.

Then twitter is your only other mechanism to engage the rag devs with effectively then. Almost all the featured mod creators and wildcard themselves use discord. I've not heard of these alleged conditions with discord but not saying there is proof to the contrary either. But given how even ark can be just as equally "unsafe", Im not sure how you're factoring that.

However the Patreon temple in the south with patreon names is I believe meant to be a spot you cannot build in intentionally by the devs and hardcoded into the map last I read.

No, I will give that one a shot. See if that works. As for ARK eavesdropping. They would have to inform wildcard for the information or the tap. if it's a overseas law enforcement. wildcard can say no but if it's US law enforcement, wildcard could potentially say no but then be slapped in the face with the National Defense authorization Act. Discord is an open-source program which means it's a free program to use for anyone. where if you're paying for set program. you have certain rights that protect your privacy. No one has to be notified when it comes to Discord eavesdropping or wiretapping.

Try adding ?EnableExtraStructurePreventionVolumes=False to your command line. May not work, but it's worth a try.
