No Rain on Valguero?

Been playing on the map for a few days now and I've yet to see it rain or get foggy or have any weather other than 1 night it had an Aurora in the sky? This kinda makes it difficult to set up a farm without piping water for miles or having to do it next to a water source.

Anyone had any rain?

Edit july1: Just saw rain for the first time.

... just like aberration... you dont need rain... your plots will get water regardless while not covered.... even water tanks slowly fill up

Odd the ones on a platform saddle aren't gaining any water and they are on the roof.

Yeah rain is very rare, but it does happen.
Same goes for fog and i love it !

I've seen rain once so far. Seen one heat wave as well, though, comparatively it didn't seem so bad; the blazing red to everything in the distance looked cool though.

Seen a few times what seemed like it was supposed to be high wind/dust storms, given the atmospheric effects, but didn't do anything but reduce visibility. Fog a few times as well.

It just feels like something is off or not quite functioning completely with the weather to me.

It's my feeling too. Add to that the Jerboas spawning on Valguero, it doesn't make sense that they are useless for now.

They do their little weather calls, but I don't have them memorized, so I couldn't tell you how well the weather is following them, but my tamed one and the wild ones hopping around my base do them, so something is at least setting them off.
