this way the tame gets the cheat enabled, not the player.
But I don't know if it stays when you disconnect/reconnect or close the game and re-enter your world.
You have to keep them fed tho.
Go to https://ark.gamepedia.com/Server_Configuration

Just like how the cheats disable on server restart/client shutdown for the player so do cheats applied to tames. Had a titanosaur i set infinitestats to in solo i had to remember to re-aply every time i logged in.
Besides infinitestats and god there is another command that can make you and your dinos safe, enemyinvisible true. With this set agressive animals will ignore you, i use this often when i have to clear old eggs out of wyvern trenches.
Like Shade said. If you want dinos or PCs to take LESS damage then lower the resistance number below 1.0 and if you want them to take MORE damage raise it above 1.0. If you want players or tamed dinos to be truly invulnerable then set their resistance at zero. I run a dedicated PvE server and have the resistance of buildings set to zero which means walls and stuff can't be destroyed by damage such as wild dinos attacking gates etc.
