Underwater Bubbles [The Center Map]
So I have a few questions regarding these, 1. Where are they located I would like a video or a picture of where they are located from out of the water anything helps, 2. Could I get down there as a lvl 74 with 100 oxy and 118 movement, 3. If I do manage to get down there what tames could I bring down there.

I'm afraid I can't give you a vid or a pic, but I can tell you the coordinates: One is off to the east around 40,90, and the other is close to skull island at around 65,60.

Getting down there with 100 oxygen is unlikely, they're right on the ocean floor at mosa level. Better to get a pet with decent oxygen, or one that can breathe underwater.

As to what can go in there: aquatic tames cannot enter, they get blocked at the border. But pretty much any land tame should be able to get in, so long as you enter from the side not from the top (dropping in from the top may cause severe fall damage). Be aware though, those domes can be somewhat glitchy, and leaving a dino in there while you leave the area and return can potentially result in said dino disappearing without a trace.

What is the easiest sea creature to tame.

Easiest sea creature would probably be the ichthyosaur, the dolphin. Passive tame, and they're friendly so they come right up to you to be fed. Also the saddle is very low level so easy to get.

However to be honest I wouldn't recommend going for a sea creature to start off, especially if you're planning to go to the domes. I'd recommend a sarco instead. Harder to tame since it's a knockout, and it spawns in the swamp so tricky to get hold of one, but they're well worth it imo. They are faster than an ichthy at base speed, you can use tools such as spyglass on their backs which you can't with most fish, and they're amphibious so could easily follow you into the underwater bubble rather than being left outside to possibly be snacked on by anglers and mosas. And they don't require oxygen just likie a fish.

So I have to get settled down on land before I can get the Sarco? I was planning to move straight into the bubble.

Depends...you said you were level 74? If you were starting out fresh on the map then yes you'd need to level up some to get the saddle and all, but if you're 74 then you could probably just make a bunch of narcotics and tame one right off the bat, at most you'd just need a couple of temporary foundations to support a mortar and pestle and perhaps a smithy to make the saddle.

However you can go for an ichthy if you prefer, it's your call. All I would suggest is keep an eye on it while you're down there, as you wouldn't want it to be killed and end up with you trapped down there and not enough oxygen to reach the surface.

Also just a side note, bear in mind that the bubbles are considered caves, so any structure built in them would take 6x the damage they would normally. Might have a bearing if the game you're playing on is PvP.

As a small little aside, Oxygen levels actually dictate your speed while swimming, not movespeed so the points into that wouldn't be wasted.

this. i normaly bring my oxygen up to 200 (unless your on the scorch cause you cant swim there) its just nice to be faster and it makes diving for oil and pearls easier (and caves)

As a general rule of thumb, if it has an oxygen stat, don't leave it in a bubble. The game will decide that it shouldn't be under the water and either transport it to the surface where it will most likely get Manta'd, or just flat out delete it. Amphibious dinos without an O2 stat like sarcos, frogs, turtles etc should (in my experience anyway) be fine to leave down there.

also kee in mind if your on a pvp server those bubble domes count as caves therefore 6x damage will be applied to your base

Well if I can only tame amphibians then Im not gonna base there plus the 6x makes it not worth it at all. Do you know any good SECLUDED pvp base locations? On this official server I get wiped alot by other tribes for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles (No its not an inquisition server its Official Server crossark 3 the center
pvp

Maybe the cliffside caverns way out west? Go past the snow biome and out over the edge of the world on a flier, and there's the caves cut away into the cliff overlooking the void. According to the wiki those caverns don't take 6x damage despite being caves, and they're nice and secluded, out of the way. Only downside is you'd need a flier to get there.
