Tamed Bee Hives
Do Tamed Bee Hives attack, or do they just sit around and are defenseless?

They will attack you so bring ghillie suits and bug repellant.
Pretty sure they won't attack wild life. Only their owner XD

Damn. Was hoping it would act as the wild hives. Sigh

Wild hives only attack if you attack them first. Collecting honey off a wild hive doesn't get you attacked in the same way though, it's more an automatic sting if you're detected (no ghillie/bug repellant).

From that aspect, tame hives are similar. If you collect honey, you will get automatically stung if you're not wearing a ghillie suit; you don't need repellant for that.

As to a tamed hive attacking, I don't think it will attack you if you hit it. If an enemy player hits it... dunno, but I doubt it would just sit there defenseless until it's destroyed and the queen becomes vulnerable.

I don't believe anything happens if a tamed bee hive gets attacked, sadly.

Correct, Anthomnia did that test and the Queen Bee inside the Hive didnt spawn any Drones or Giant Bees to defend it.

That is disappointing.

Yeah, but I dunno if that's valid, because he was still personal owner of the hive.

It's valid as he left his Tribe.

Yes, I saw the video days ago. I know he left the tribe, but the hive still shows him as personal owner. I dunno if that matters or not.

Pretty sure the tamed bee hive doesn't spawn bees when attacked.

That Bee Hive belongs to his Tribe only and didn't own it after he left it.
