How do I continue or save a single player game?

Started a single player game and now I don't see an option to load or continue it. Is this not possible?

It automatically saves, so just click play again and it will load your world from before.

It doesn't say Play Again, just start single player like you did before. It will load the same save. The progress is saved per map, so just launch it again.

Click 'Host/Local' the same way you did when you first created the game. When you select all your options etc you'll load into your character as if you never left.

Don't like I feel like a knucklehead...thanks that worked. I've been playing this game a long time and I only recently discovered how much fun single player is if you don't cheat. Put it on hardcore with difficult settings and see how long you can survive.

I did this but it made me make a new character and restart. Help?

Hit tab key then up arrow..Type Saveworld. Hit enter. will save the game from that exact moment.

Adding something on here , make sure you have storage so the map can save. My friend had this
