Game crash

Hi , I want to contribute somewhat in this beta so this is what I found :
After creating PLC as poland I cant create subjects anymore , game crashes without error display , pleas fix it I dont want to play again to 1550
Second think is emergency parlament is not working , idk if it is only as PLC but when I tryied to use it , only 0% showd and disappired after one day . when I tryied to click it , game crashes . I have to mention that I selected diffrent parlament (special PLC sejm) .

From balance perspectiv , pleas look if this new features like +15 legitimacy and +20 stability evry 10 years is balanced , for me it should be at least half of it.

And pleas do somethink to speed this game , now when scaling is more harder , I have to w8 for so many years only clicking events when game is so slow , I like idea but not the current game speed .
