UI bugg Cities/Town villages not showing on map

Please help i cant play none of the villages seem to pop up they only show when im selecting a nation to play as soon as i select one they all vanish i even uninstalled the game and the same stuff is happening

There was a developer eesponce in PDX forum:

city culling was tweaked in 1.3.2 to help with performance, so this was likely a result of that.

how do i fix it

In 1.3.4 you should be able to see them when u zoom in, or you can press F3 and select 'places' tab
