I want to play more with 1.4.
During some different issues with the last patch I wanted to see what was different as I was told complacency was removed. For sure a good choice. Granted I chose this time to play in the HRE as Lower Bavaria instead. During my campaign I saw some whacky things unfold early game, people just hopping around and hyper expanding. When the time got to mid game things slowed down and near late game it was only me expanding aside from colonies. Landshut was able to prosper and become the jewel of Europe with 627k people. Ducats were going through the roof at the end as I would say I played tall with my whole expansion route stuck to Germany and the bordering areas. Rising to power as Germany gave me a similar feeling as my first EU 4 game as the Netherlands which is still imprinted on me.

Since buying this game I have never have a time progressing past 1700. To my own surprise I finished the game where I just was going to play a bit and "see" if they actually fixed it. My own experience is a positive one for sure and I want more.

Coalition juggling is a bit too easy late game in EU5 as this is my first time getting there. During my game I had two BIG coalitions form, one about 1.5x our size (My allies and I) and one other 2x. Both of which would declare on me years apart if I wasn't ready for an aggressive push to declare first. When they would declare, day ONE I would offer to Humiliate myself and pay some money. Never anything else. Without doing anything or having a SINGLE SHIP. I would have war score at the start enough to peace out instantly. I KNOW this is not intended as it was way to busted IMO. Yet maybe it was because aside from religious uprisings my country never had a revolt. Those were due to me staying catholic and everyone HRE minor going Lutheran.
