Do you need Marketplace at Market Centers?
I just build 1, becauase they have natively 100% Access. Any reason to max out all 14/14?

You build the 3 warehouses.

Also people claim having 100% Market Access on any Market on any Province is the sole reason to build the Marketplaces.
I don't think market centers actually give market access, do they? They just provide a place for regional trade to happen.

Marketplace,
Marketplace outside of trade capacity, give per level:
- +1% assimilation speed
- +10% local burghers power
- +0.50% Market Access
- +1.00 Trade Advantage
- Employ 100 burghers
- consume some paper/jewelry/cloth/salt

For the market center, the access matters less since they are already at 100%. I have not yet seen an event that reduces market access in the market center.

Market centers would still benefit from the assimilation bonuses, local burghers power and the extra burghers being employed.

Usually, I early on focus marketplaces more on nearby high control not 100% market access town/cities first that have a lot of industry. Later when swimming in gold it is the mass build marketplaces everywhere.

Yeah that's why i started the thread saying. You just build 1/14 Marketplace in Market Center. I even thinking you could even delete that because it doesn't do much.

Also does Burgher Power work like Peasant Enrichment where the more Power they have, less Crown Power but make more Wealth? Is it bad or good thing?

Do you mean Peasant Enfranchisement? Where at the location level it effects how much of the location's commoner demographic power gets transferred to the nobility for tax purposes.
Wiki [eu5.paradoxwikis.com] has an example of that math.

Or do you mean the estate enrichment which effects the amount of tax they can shield? Where there is an age 1 meritocracy tech that helps reduce that issue.

Example image from an England game I got bored of. Where 471K burghers location power is 3597, which nests into the city locations and then nets into a breakdown of Bristol.
13 x 4 to get to a 52 base power that then applies % bonuses (like marketplaces) that to get to the 166.4.
Game would add up all that locational power, then apply global modifiers like estate privileges.

As for if boosting local burgher power is a good thing or not really depended on what you are trying to achieve. Like are you trying to increase their power share to reduce the noble’s % of power.
you guys are forgetting that trade capcity is insane, it is not affected by control rather crown power, a single level of marketplace can sometimes pay for itself in just a year if youve got good trades going
