I'm trying to form the USA as England....

[Gilmer]

I have moved my capital to Boston. I have enough territories and the HYW is not ongoing since we are in the Age of Reformation. But it still does not let me form USA.

Anyone who has done it have any ideas? Or any questions of me, to let you know what I'm lacking?

There is a game settings "Country Change" when you start new game. It defaults to "Prohibited".

i believe you might have to be a colonial nation to form it

I do not think that is true:

USA_f = {
	level = 4
	required_locations_fraction = 0.35
	rule = historical

	capital_required = yes

	potential = {
		culture ?= {
			is_culture_native_american = no
			has_culture_group = culture_group:british_group
		}
	}

	allow = {
	}

	name = USA
	flag = USA
	adjective = USA_ADJ
	tag = USA
	color = map_USA

	regions = {
		east_coast_region
	}
	form_effect = {
	}
}

Oh, maybe that is it Tonypa. I will look. Thank you.

Unfortunately, that was exactly it. So, no USA on this game.
