Everyone is a Genius
So 3 bugs:

For context: I am playing Theodoro on the newest update with only 1 mod: Faster Universalis

Bug 1
Is this supposed to happen with the latest update?

Every child has like 30/20/30 sometimes reaching 40 or 50 then when they become an adult their stats are 100/100/100

After just 30 years, I have like 10 characters who are 100/100/100.

If they have a bad trait it reaches around 80+ which is already good.

It feels boring if this is an actual intended mechanic.

Bug 2
Also another bug that I found, you can ask venice or some maybe some other island nation to sell their territories to you for free at the start of the game. Then integrate or sell them to big countries for easy cash.

Bug 3
After discovering Bug 2, I bought the venetian territory of Kythiria, Karpathos, and Methoni. Made them vassals because I doubt I could get anything from that. Then Naples declared war on me to take those islands.

Of course the consequences of my actions. So I panicked and look what I could offer to Naples to stop me from losing. Tried everything, Naples wont agree. Pressed the "suggested offer" button.

I was surprised that Naples will accept a peace with me only giving them 10 ducats and war reparations. Mind you I am only earning 1 ducat per month sometimes less.

Of course I accepted.

tl;dr
Game is buggy, might wait a few months to try again but the game is faster so I will try to play Theodoro again but no "buy land bug"

I just miss the border growth in the timeline.

bug reports are wothless when your game is modded
Faster Universalis is outdated.

Bug 1 : come from faster universalis, i've experienced the same issue in beta and just removing the mod from current playtest fix it

Bug 3 : You can’t really consider this a bug; it’s more of a case of poor AI balancing.

Most of the time, you can still put forward a peace offer on Day 1—even if they are 100 times stronger than you—by proposing terms like accepting humiliation, paying gold, providing war reparations, dismantling a few fortresses, granting trade exemptions, and so on.
Never saw bug1 on 1.4 (the child stats), I have a heir with 3-4-5 stats so clearly not a genius.

It clearly come from Faster Universalis because of the switch from hourly to daily ticks.
Playing with it unbalance tons of things, stats from character, food consumption for troops ect...
