Cant change my religion in 1.4 even with the rules setting , wanting to go norse with sweden is it the union with norway blocking it ? or am i just blind and cant see where to change it in 1.4 :p

First you need go to Game Rules, and in there choose Flavor. And change Religion Conversions to Present in Country.

Then just play as Sweden. In the game click Society, and then click Religion. There you can change the Primary Religion to Norse.
