Gallowglas Sept as Ireland nation

[assassin120]

So as from the title, I am trying to do a Irish Nation form Ireland and am struggling with actually fighting England have tried 2 runs so far in 1.4 and am getting stomped. I looked at my techs and rush for Gallowglass warriors as they have good stats and 10% levy raise which I think is only hope of being able to fight England. This said, I can not find these units in my levies at all, I have seen that a gallowglass sept is needed but have no clue as to how ot get this

As far I understand, only Norse-Gael culture can get those.

I saw a streamer get on as a build during a parliament. The nobles built it. Otherwise Norse Gael. Maybe if you have a number of Ng pops there is a chance nobles build it
