Playing as Morocco, the Papal States keep declaring war on me using the Crusade casus belli after the first situation ends and half of Europe joins in every single time. It gets really frustrating after a while, especially since there's barely any chance of winning.

Is this really how it's supposed to work?

During beta I played twice to 1550s, I saw exactly 1 Crusade in both games.
