Tweaking Automation for Cabinet Members

I don't mind having my hands free of always needing to move around Actions of Cabinet members but choosing which Cabinet seat would be better. Instead of changing one action to another. You can use one for Stability growth and the rest can do whatever is best

Yes, there is a padlock icon at the bottom right of each advisor.
