Question about subjects

Hey was uhh looking to use Marches and really make some strong subjects and I found myself wondering. Can subjects form nations at all? I genuinely have found nothing on the subject unless I'm both blind and dumb. It'd be pretty sweet to have a march form into Persia or something.

yes they can, if you for example make a big subject in the moldova region it will change to moldova, same happens when eating portugal as castille and releasing it as a vassal - it will soon turn into portugal, also when making a vassal in prussia as bb they formed the kingdom of prussia
