Not recieving a purchase

Hey there! I've never had a problem buying card backs before today but just now I tried to purchase a Series One Epic pack. I went through the Steam Wallet prompt and sat on the waiting screen but for this first time It said confirmation failed. The problem is my Steam Wallet reflects that the money was taken. I logged out of both the game and steam and logged back on and no change. Tried buying another pack and it went though but no change =( Any idea how I can get my cards or my cash back?

I don't have the links handy, but check out some of the other "bug" threads on here. There are links to some bug report threads, and the Devs are trying to resolve situations such as yours where money was lost. They are also working on the other bugs, but they are especially concerned about players who need paid for items. You can contact them via face book about it.

Hit up the FFO facebook page from the social links in-game, they have a huge bug thread in there. It's a known issue and they're working on it, go ahead and chime in there so they'll know oyu're someone they need to help out.

Well, I'm afraid it's been over 7 years at this point. The last post on their FB page was in 2016. All anyone from their end has been allowed to say about the game (or this app) has been literally, "We're not allowed to say." Their website has a placeholder image on it; I dunno if it's even theirs anymore. (keepflying dot com)
