When going through a legal battle is it normal to not even be able to say, "Hey, due to legal reasons, we are not able to comment about the delays with this game until further notice." Or are they afraid that that would just open up a can of worms regarding multitudes of speculation? As if we aren't already providing and being provided all the speculation we could want.
With no official updates on keepflying.com since Dec 3, 2015 and no more "we're still flying" updates on Facebook since March 6, 2016, it's apparent that there is still browncoat-y desire for this game seeing as we, the community, are still posting about it here on Steam after being offered only silence for so long as a reward for our desire.
Since Facebook turned into a toxic and unfriendly environment for many fellow Browncoats, I wouldn't care if that source of "information updates" died. What concerns me the most is that their website hasn't had anything on it for 6 months. Their M.O. on there was to post about every other month, but with this kind of lapse in time close to the end of developement, it makes me wonder if they've been in a legal battle since Dec or Jan.
Their claim from Mech (an unofficial unpaid employee? she's just a volunteer, right?) 2 months ago was that the game was still on. BTW's claim is that it has been canceled. So unoffically, it's still on and unofficially it's cancelled. It would be more than amazing if someone offical actually did respond to this by midnight tonight.
What a kind dose of political-correctness. Thanks for missing the point, friend.
And touche, Skippertom4 -- those with passion should never stifle it, especially when it seeks to shift those ever-complacent tides. In other words: When people start waking the ♥♥♥♥ up and realizing that in the midst of this eternal waiting, we either need to rise up or give up, I'll RIP. Deal?
Here's another deal (Hint- it's the same one I started with, ADD babes): Provide irrefutable proof that the game is still in development as of today, 5/11/16, and I'll "'unofficially' go cram 'it' wherever [my] race traditionally shoves things." Which is usually up hotheads-who-can't-see-the-forest-for-the-trees' asses, so...that should provide some pretty awesome times on my end, either way.
You actually get it. I think I love you.
Let's eliminate the problem. Unless there's evidence otherwise, this ghost of a game is toast.
so... anyone care to find that public data which isn't hard to find? i mean, since most of us are intelligent, capable netizens and all.
btw, if the game dies, what's OUR response as the steam users who have commented in this forum and thus proclaim a stake in things?

Yeah and you guys/girl don't have it, and don't have the intelligence or capability likewise :)
game on, go
Skippertom -- what's your logic, again?
