I'll try that.
Concerning the dlc, i only have the 2 main dlc nor any mod.
they want to know this...
can you remember if you bought this as a shogun2 vanilla and with fall of the saimurai as dlc
or has you bought fall of the saimurai as standalone and later shogun2 as vanilla because that could be the problem i think, but i dont know this only CA know this if that is possible to work
and that will make sense if this is the case why fots maybe make a ctd if that's the case here...
but again i dont know this CA is the only ones that can fill that info.. see link in other post for forum

Thanx a lot for you'r help ^^
I deleted everything in the foder C:\Users\*********\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2
except save_games.
The game work now without any crash.
I got the solution from a forum for Rome 2 Total War but it also work with Shogun 2 and maybe for other Total Wars too.
Source: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?620664-How-to-fix-Rome-2-stuck-at-splash-screen-Launcher-wont-load-error
either you can delete the folder "Shogun2"
C:\Users\*********\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2
or download
""https://megagames.com/download/325633/0""
and copied the files to the "Total War Shogun 2 - Fall Of The Samurai" folder
Tried repairing and looking for answers but after i downloaded the file, it worked.
Hope this can help everyone who's still looking for solutions.
Hey there. I have been having a similar issue. Shogun 2 and ROTS battles load just fine, but FOTS battles crash as the load bar completes.
I have deleted everything in the Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Shogun2 file except save_games, but the items keep coming back, and my problem persists.
If anyone has any advice or tips, I would greatly appreciate it!
Take any mods that you have made or subscribed to out of the Shogun2 Data directory.
Uninstall the Assembly Kit and TEd Tools if you have them installed.
Verify game files and then try launching.
If this works you can then resubscribe to your favourite mods and put your save games back in the directory.
