Missing Executable

when i try to launch the game it just says missing executable and if i verify game cache it says reinstalling one file then it gets stuck in an endless loop of installing

This may be a dumb question, but have you tried uninstalling the entire game? Or no? If not, if you can, try uninstalling the entire game.

"steam installation directory"\steamapps\common\Hatred\Hatred\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.msi , redits prepared by Epic, for UE4. Installing this may solve startup issues,

Yes i had to wait for updates to the game

damn on steam it show me that my game weight 190 Mo and show me all the time the smae error
