I've had many times without warning I am banned for 24 hours. They give a link to the default rules page and let you guess which one you've violated. I didn't see Runescape private servers or watching Youtube through their built in "Nightbot Auto DJ" feature but alas - both are an unlisted rule. Later learned the one about watching Youtube while playing a game is "non gaming content" because they closed my channel and moved me to Justin Tv. It messed up my follower count so I lost about 68 somehow after they finally gave back my Twitch page.
Actually Party Hard isnt listed on Twitch. I tried before Youtube opened their own streaming which is still in beta phase. Funny thing is Twitch also bans people whom obey Runescape rules and offer legit live gold swaps between version 2 and version 3 of their game at a 5 to1 ratio. Yet the owners Jagex Ltd clearly state this interaction is allowed.
But yeah - all good since Youtube allows everything but DMCA of copyrighted footage or music. Moved back there after a 2 year run with Twitch. Just go to your Youtube/(username)/live and get started making money streaming anything (not just games).
Wish I Youtube would have done so beforehand. Wasted years earning 900+ followers on Twitch and only $50 in donations before getting IP banned for something Runescape allows but Twitch doesn't even mention.
